Ceremony Information
The ceremony can be performed in Ballroom One or outside on the Golf Course (based on availability) with seating for approximately 250 guests. The ceremony fee includes ceremony chairs, a rehearsal, and a half hour ceremony. The ceremony time does not impact the reception time.
Guarantees and Payment Options
To host an event at Hillendale, a deposit is required with a signed contract. There will be a minimum expenditure for all Saturday Events. No Food and Beverage minimum and additional discounts may be available for Friday Events and non-holiday weekend Sundays
Beverage Services
Hillendale Country Club holds a liquor license and is held responsible for complying with its regulations. Therefore, neither the patrons nor their guests are allowed to bring or remove alcoholic beverages from the function area. Only persons who have attained the lawful drinking age will be served alcoholic beverages
Saturday Event Times
The time blocks for events in the Ballroom on Saturday’s are set on a case by case basis. Check with the Event Sales Manager to discuss starting time options
Dress Code
The dress code will be determined in accordance with the event being held. Jeans and baseball hats, regardless of color, are not permitted in the Clubhouse at any time. It is the responsibility of the host to ensure guests adhere to our dress code.
Display, Decoration and Personal Property
All display and/or decorations proposed by the patron shall be subject to the approval of the Club and local Fire Marshall. Any property of the patron or patrons guests brought on the premises of the Club and left thereon shall be at the risk of the patron. The Club will not be liable for any loss or damage to any property for any such reason.
