Dining at Hillendale

Noteworthy food and drink allows members to savor every aspect of their Hillendale membership. Chef Mark Cala creates seasonal menus based upon the finest ingredients available, fresh food trends (including some from the vegetable garden right here at HCC), time-honored Club favorites, and innovative wine pairings. From fireside dining in the more formal Phoenix Grill, to cocktails and appetizers on the Patio with a view of the 1st Tee and the beautiful course beyond, the highly trained staff prides itself on helping Members and their guests feel comfortable and welcome.
