Superintendent Update- Bye Leaves
They're finally all down!

Well it looks like a week or two of heavy leaf downpours has come to an end.  We've been able to catch up with the leaves and next week we'll finish mulching all the extraneous leaf collection areas (right of 10 for example).

We had a couple rainy days this week so we weren't able to do any projects on the course . It was good to see the drainage in the rough on 5 work successfully though.

Since all of the leaf work is coming to a close, our bigger winter projects will begin next week.  We have decided to do all 3 tees on number 7 and complete the entire tee complex at once.  Beginning Monday, 7 tee will be played from a mat in front of the yellow/white tee.  The existing tees will not remain and we will utilize them for the soil needed for the new tees.  Similar to number 3, we will have the tees open sometime in May.  The better the weather is in the spring, the quicker we can get them opened.

Due to the lack of much excitement on the course, the only pictures I have are of the sunrise on Thursday morning.
