Overlook Lounge

Begin your reception by enjoying cocktails in a room that boasts a commanding perspective of our golf course. This room features a sunken bar, carefully designed to preserve the breathtaking views, making it an ideal setting for your cocktail hour.

Favazza Grand Ballroom

Our grand ballroom is distinguished by a wall of windows that provide a sun-drenched atmosphere with a lovely terrace for the exclusive use of your guests. The Favazza Grand Ballroom will accommodate up to 275 guests comfortably with a 900 square foot dance floor.

Policies & Information

  • Ceremony Information

    • The ceremony can be performed in Ballroom One or outside on the First Tee of the Golf Course with seating for approximately 275 guests. The ceremony fee includes ceremony chairs and a rehearsal. The ceremony time does not impact the reception time.

  • Beverage Services

    • Hillendale Country Club holds a liquor license and is held responsible for complying with its regulations. Therefore, neither the patrons nor their guests are allowed to bring or remove alcoholic beverages from the function areas. Only persons who have attained the lawful drinking age will be served alcoholic beverages.

      Please note that the house rules of HCC do not allow shots at banquet bars.

  • Dress Code

    • The dress code will be determined in accordance with the event being held. Jeans and baseball hats, regardless of color, are not permitted in the Clubhouse at any time. It is the responsibility of the host to ensure guests adhere to our dress code.

  • Rooms For Every Occasion
    • Favazza Grand Ballroom
      The Grand Ballroom is distinguished by a wall of windows that provide a sun-drenched room with a lovely patio on the side for your use. The Favazza Grand Ballroom can comfortably seat 275 guests with a 900 square foot dancefloor. If the dancefloor is not needed, the Ballroom can seat 300 guests. This room is perfect for Wedding Receptions, Galas and Fundraising Events. 

      Overlook Lounge
      This room has a commanding view of our golf course. equipped with a sunken bar so as to not obstruct the view. This room is perfect for corporate events, bridal and baby showers and other events accommodating up to 100 guests. 

      McDonagh Room
      This two room area has an elegant formal dining room side with a sitting area and fireplace on the other side which is perfect for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. With seating for a maximum of 40 guests, this room is perfect for a rehearsal dinner, corporate dinner/meeting or any special family gathering.  

      William Clark Board Room 
      This room is a private and quiet room with accommodations for 14 people for business meetings. 

      Simulator Lounge
      This area hosts two state of the art simulator bays and a wonderful reception area to host the perfect fun gathering for groups up to 35 guests.
